We started Race 1, P3, we had a good start and a great opening lap getting up to P2. After a quick duel we dropped down to P3 and stayed there for the majority of the race. As we used another set of tyres in qualifying we started the race on used, while everyone else was on new. 3 laps from the end we were over taken as I couldn’t hold on any more.
P4 at the line and very happy with how I performed, race 2 today at 11:45 local! Big push for the final one!
Race 2, The race was at 11:45 so it was the most unpleasant race I had done to date! Started 3rd had a good start stayed 3rd for the race and crossed the line with a healthy gap to 4th!
Very happy with the progress in the Middle East we have learnt so much. Looking ahead to the UK I’m excited to put it all into practice for you to see.
