After a great qualifying starting P10 I was excited for what could be done in the races.
As the lights went out we had a good get away. We chopped and changed positions on lap 1 and it looked good coming into the final corner until…… I hit the car in front of me.
I misjudged the braking zone and locked up my front right wheel so was a passenger until I hit a 2nd car, who was at the apex of the last corner. I knew it wasn’t good, and when I got to the pits, it was confirmed.
I had done the front crash structure so that was weekend over.
